My Story
A little over a year ago, I was just another college student juggling lectures, late-night assignments, and unhealthy habits. I didn’t feel good about my body, my routine was a mess, and the gym felt like something meant only for “fit” people. But something inside me shifted — I got tired of feeling tired. With zero fancy equipment, no coach, and absolutely no shortcuts, I began my journey one small step at a time. I changed my diet, fought off cravings, stayed consistent, and built a training routine that worked with my college schedule, not against it.
I’ve lost over 12kg, transformed my mindset, and built a physique that I’m proud of — not because it looks a certain way, but because it reminds me of the discipline, sacrifice, and growth behind it.
